Hypnotherapy In Cardiff

Rest Bay Hypnotherapy is available by appointment in Roath in Central Cardiff. Located at the YCS Therapy Centre on The Parade, the comfortable therapy rooms are just off Newport Road in Central Cardiff.

Please note that to reach the Therapy Rooms at the YCS Therapy Centre then a staircase needs to be climbed. If this a problem for you, then home visits may be arranged if suitable, or remotely over the internet using a free online video conferencing service such as Zoom. Please email for availability.

Parking

There is a paid for on-street parking available on The Parade itself.  It costs £3.50 for one hour and £4.50 for two hours.  Parking charges apply 7 days a week, but parking is free after 6pm. Alternatively there are a number of other paid car parks within walking distance of the Centre in Cardiff City Centre.
