Rest Bay Hypnotherapy is available by appointment in Swansea City Centre. Located at the Life Therapy Centre on Pell Street, the comfortable therapy rooms are just off The Kingsway in Central Swansea.

Please note that to reach the Therapy Rooms at the Life Therapy Centre then a staircase needs to be climbed. If this a problem for you, then home visits may be arranged if suitable, or remotely over the internet using a free video conferencing service such as Zoom. Please email for availability.

Parking

There is a small public pay and display car park, opposite the Life Therapy Centre, which costs £1 per hour Mon-Sat and £2 all day on a Sunday. Otherwise there is plenty of paid on-street parking on the roads around Pell Street. Alternatively there are a number of other paid car parks within walking distance of the Centre in Swansea.
